LaBante London was born out of the desire to create fashion that was sustainable, vegan and ethical. Ten years ago, I decided that the corporate world wasn't for me and quit to found LaBante London. I saw a gap in the market for vegan and sustainable fashion. At the time, even the big boys of fashion weren't paying much attention to sustainability.

                    Starting off, it was difficult to explain why the vegan and sustainable way of life is so important. However, with time it is great to see the fashion industry take responsibility in helping the environment.

                    In fact, just this year, I was on a panel at the House of Commons to speak to a member of the British Government about why sustainability in fashion is important and why brands that promote sustainability should be helped. The future seems promising and at LaBante London, we aim to contribute to the environment and still make sure that Looking Good and Doing Good go hand in hand.
