What's new

• Account closure: A clear, straightforward process for closing your account, including how we'll care for any stored wine or outstanding bids.
• Fair use of our site: New provisions prohibiting bots, shill bidding, multiple accounts, scraping, and the use of our data to train AI models — along with our rights to enforce these standards.
• Pricing: Store Prices may shift from day to day. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, and we're unable to offer refunds or adjustments should an item later appear in a sale.
• Vouchers: A new clause setting out how vouchers may be used, where they can be redeemed, their validity period, and when they lapse.
• Pick Up orders: Orders are to be collected within 30 days, after which storage fees may apply and, in time, the goods may be returned to LANGTONS.
• Complaints: A clear three-step process for raising and resolving any concerns, should they arise.
• Intellectual property and Force Majeure: New clauses covering the use of our site content, and our rights in circumstances beyond our control that may affect performance.

What's changed

• Payments and refunds: PayPal is now expressly available as both a payment and refund method (except for Auction invoices).
• Selling at Auction: The Reserve reduction cycle has been restructured and is now neatly summarised in a table, and Disposal fees may apply in addition to the Minimum Handling Fee.
• Fees: New Disposal fees, Storage Fees for uncollected Pick Up orders, and confirmation that Vouchers cannot be applied to Buyer's Premium, Delivery Guarantee, Storage or Disposal fees.
