Easy Grilled Seafood Paella Recipe

8 1/2 cups seafood broth for paella
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
1/2 tsp saffron threads
4 bay leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 can (14.5 oz) diced fire roasted tomatoes
1 cup artisan sofrito sauce
8 fire-roasted piquillo peppers, halved and cut into ¼-inch slices
2 tsp sweet smoked paprika
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 cups Bomba paella rice

STEP 1
Heat broth, wine, saffron and bay leaves together in a large pot and keep warm.

STEP 2
When ready to start grilling, light a full starter chimney or even bed of charcoal.
