PG&E power line suspected in Dixie fire was set to be buried underground in safety move

Pacific Gas & Electric is under new scrutiny this summer as a series of huge fires rages across Northern California. The utility had pledged to make its power grid safer and bury some power lines - including a stretch of wires that might have sparked the destructive Dixie fire. Many residents and officials in hard-hit areas say the improvements aren't coming fast enough.
