Hey there,

If you want stronger and more defined triceps, simply doing more chest and shoulder pressing probably won’t be enough.

And neither will spamming triceps pushdowns.

Rather, to get great triceps you need to follow three rules:

1. Do a small number of effective exercises, with proper technique.

2. Do at least one exercise that positions your elbows above your head to train the long head of your triceps.

3. Train hard and incrementally add weight over time.
