Hi there,

This one started with a little discovery in the studio.

I came across a small bag of Greek cross pendants tucked away and, of course, immediately started wondering what I could do with them.

I've always loved the easy, everyday feel of our Vintage Coin Cross Necklace, and these pendants immediately felt like they belonged in the same family—the same gold bezel and relaxed feel, but with an open Greek cross in place of the cross coin. Just a slightly different take on a style we already love.

So before I did anything with them, I shared the two pendants side by side on Instagram and Facebook and asked what you thought.

The response was pretty overwhelming.

The Legacy Greek Cross Necklace is officially here.

The Greek cross has this beautiful, almost old-world feeling that I was immediately drawn to. I kept the rest of the design simple and gave it an adjustable chain that can be worn anywhere from 15" to 25" just like our Vintage Coin Cross favorite.

Wear it short. Let it hang long. Layer it with pieces you already own. That's probably my favorite part—it changes depending on what you pair it with.

I love it mixed with other metals and textures, without everything feeling too perfectly matched. Just easy—and very much the way I like to wear jewelry.

Because this design really did begin with a little bag of pendants I happened to find, I only have a small number of them right now. I'm not sure yet whether I'll be able to get more, so we'll see where this one takes us.

Mostly, though, I just love that you were part of this one from the beginning.

I showed you something I was playing with, you told me what you thought, and a few days later it's become part of the Lizzy James collection.
