I never thought I’d be dedicating my life to fighting poop odors… but here we are. And honestly? There’s nowhere I’d rather be. Today, I wanted to share an important update with you.
 
If you’ve been here for a while, thank you. Truly. This brand wouldn’t exist without customers who took a chance on a small, unknown product that was originally made in my mom’s garage. Every order, message, and “you saved my bathroom” DM has meant more to me than you know.
 
I started this company as Loo a few years ago, and while I’ll always love that name and how far it’s taken us, we ran into trademark issues this past year and had to make a change. At first, it felt devastating. But after sitting with it, I’ve come to see it as the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
 
So, allow us to reintroduce ourselves as Loui.
 
Over the next little while, you’ll see our name transition from Loo to Loui. During this time, we’ll still be selling some Loo-branded inventory as we sell through existing stock, so you may notice a mix of packaging.
 
What’s staying the same is what matters most: the formulas, the scents, the quality, and the care that goes into every bottle. Same products you know and love, just under a new name.
 
I’m so excited about what’s ahead and incredibly grateful to have you along for this next chapter. We’ve got a lot coming that I can’t wait to share: fresh scents, new products, new sizes, and some really fun collaborations along the way.
