There’s another health-wrecking consequence of drinking sugary soda you may not know about:

Joint pain.

This study from Harvard was a real eye-opener. Researchers studied 2,000 men with inflamed and painful knees over a 4 year period. In particular, they measured changes in their knee cartilage.

The researchers discovered that the men with the thinnest knee cartilage drank the most soda.¹

And as you may know, loss of joint cartilage can lead to torturous bone-on-bone grinding.

Even though this study was done on men, sugar has the same effect in women too.
