My game plan for this weekend.
I know how long weekends go. You start Friday with great intentions and by Monday night you're on the couch thinking "well that got away from me." I used to do that too.
What changed for me was ditching perfect, planning the "extras" and just keeping a few non-negotiables.
My #1 priority no matter what else is happening is LSF Protein every morning no matter what. One scoop, five seconds, done.
I usually do another protein shake before going out to dinner or a party so I actually enjoy the food instead of inhaling three plates.
Bloat Be Gone is ALWAYS in my bag because heavier food + cocktails happen and I want to wake up feeling great.
I make sure to measure and track the meals I can (I'm trying to hit a specific goal rn so this is KEY) and eyeball the rest. Not acting crazy... just a few small things that keep me feeling good without taking anything away from the fun.
Because here is what I've learned... we can feel uncomfortable taking the time to do the "hard" things for a little while or we can feel uncomfortable in our bodies all the time. The choice is ours.
Hit reply and tell me: what is the one thing you struggle with most when your routine breaks? I read every single one and I genuinely want to know.
Wishing you the most beautiful long weekend. Soak it all in. I will see you on the other side ready to kick off an incredible six weeks together.
