Hey !
I know some of you saw Summer Shape Up Challenge launch this week and have been thinking about it, but didn't sign up yet. Since I get lots of questions on the challenge, I wanted to share some of the most common that may help you too.
"I've done challenges before and quit by week 2."
Same. Before I built LSF, I started and stopped more plans than I can count. The difference with SSU is you're not doing it alone. You have me coaching you live, a community chat full of women going through the same week you are, weekly check-ins that keep you accountable, and prizes for showing up. The structure is the point. It's what keeps you going when motivation dips.
"I don't have time for this."
The workouts are in the MOVE app and they're designed for home. No gym. No commute. The meal plan is simple, real food, not 47 ingredients you've never heard of. The coaching calls are live but recorded too if you can't make it. I built this for women with jobs, kids, and a hundred things pulling at them. Not women with 3 free hours a day.
"I can figure this out on my own."
Maybe. But have you? I don't mean that to be harsh. I mean that the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently for 6 weeks is where most women get stuck. SSU gives you the plan, the coach, the community, and the accountability. From experience, I can tell you, that is how real change happens.
"It's too expensive."
Launch pricing is $99 for 6 weeks on the standard tier. That's less than $17/week for workouts, a full meal plan, 2 coaching calls with me, community access, prizes, and 20% off supplements. Compare that to a gym membership you don't use or a meal delivery service that costs $99 a week.
Launch pricing ends this weekend though. Hundrends of women have already joined.
If you're going to do it, now is the time and I'd love to have you part of this with us. We start June 1st.
