This week was SO good. I got to announce our Summer Shape Up winners on Wednesday and it just filled up my heart 🤍 Getting to share these women's stories and celebrate EVERYONE who finished SSU was so special.

There are so many incredible transformations from this challenge and I'll be sharing more on social over the coming weeks because these women deserve ALL the recognition.

I'm also deep in planning and recipe testing mode for our fall slim down challenge and you guys, the cozy comfort food recipes I'm working on are so good! They're the perfect mix of healthy, satisfying and insanely delicious for the season ahead. 

That said, we've still got plenty of summer left... I'm just so excited for what's coming!

Wednesday reminded me of something I genuinely believe with my whole heart.

When you can sit in a room, or a Zoom, or a live stream, and feel totally lit up by another woman's win, that says everything about where you are in your own journey.

It's so easy to scroll past someone else's transformation and feel a little pang of something, comparison, self doubt, "why not me yet." And that's human, I get it and I've been there...But when you can flip that and actually FEEL someone else's win in your heart, when her results make you more motivated and encouraged instead of more discouraged, that's when you know you're really doing the inner work too.

The women in this community cheer for each other so genuinely and it's honestly one of my favorite things about #TeamLSF. We're not competing. We're all just out here trying to become the best version of ourselves and rooting hard for everyone around us to do the same.

That energy is contagious. And it's going to carry you so much further than going it alone ever could.
