We Tested Our Kimchi (and we're a bit chuffed)

So we've got a bit of a story for you - and it's a good one.

You've probably heard the news on microplastics. They're turning up in our food, our water, and in us! Not the loveliest thing to think about, we know.

But it got us asking a question:

Could our gut actually do something about it?

Turns out, there's a particular little bacteria - one of those friendly kinds that thrive in fermented foods like our kimchi - that researchers reckon might just bind to those microplastic particles and help see them on their way.

Naturally, we got curious. So we sent our kimchi off to be independently tested.

And what came back? Well, we won't spoil the surprise.
