We hereby inform you that, due to the business branch lease agreement signed on 14 July 2026, pursuant to Articles 2561 and 2562 of the Italian Civil Code — authorized by the Court of Florence, Bankruptcy Section, by decree of 29 June 2026 (R.G. no. 3/2026), within the scope of the simplified composition with creditors procedure for the liquidation of assets pursuant to Art. 25-sexies of the Italian Corporate Crisis and Insolvency Code ("CCII"), the undersigned Luisa Via Roma S.p.A. in simplified composition, with registered office in Florence (FI), Via Benedetto Varchi 61, Tax Code and VAT no. 00607970480 (the "Lessor"), has leased to the company LVR S.r.l., with registered office in Florence (FI), Piazza della Libertà 9, Tax Code and VAT no. 07552610482 (the "Lessee"), the business branch operating in the fashion and luxury retail sector, with particular reference to e-commerce. This includes the complex of assets, rights, and legal relationships organized for the operation of the business — including, but not limited to, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, the IT system and e-commerce platforms, warehouse inventory, and customer and supplier databases (the "Business Branch"), within which your personal data are also processed in relation to your existing relationship with this Company.
Therefore, the operational management of the Business Branch — and of the personal data processing connected to it — will be carried out by the Lessee, who has assumed the role of independent Data Controller for the data collected and processed within the scope of the leased branch's activities. This includes your personal and identifying data, contact details, contractual, and accounting data, as well as those contained in the customer databases included in the Business Branch (including CRM, mailing lists, purchase histories, and data relating to marketing campaigns).
The agreement has an interim and conservative nature: it is effective from the date of signature — subject to the fulfillment of the conditions precedent provided therein — until the effective date of the final deed of transfer of the business, in favor of the Lessee itself or of a third-party successful bidder, following the competitive procedure referred to in Art. 25-septies of the CCII and, in any case, no later than the essential deadline of 30 November 2026. Upon termination of the agreement, you will be provided with another specific further communication regarding the entity that will assume the role of Data Controller.
The purposes of the processing and the related legal basis remain those already indicated in the privacy notice provided to you by this Company pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR, which continues to apply to all aspects not expressly modified by this communication: your data will continue to be processed for the same purposes and in ways compatible with the purposes for which they were originally collected.
It is understood that the Lessor retains the role of Data Controller for the processing carried out for its own residual purposes, including, but not limited to, tax and accounting obligations; management of debt, credit, and litigation positions that arose prior to the effective date of the agreement which, pursuant to the same business lease agreement, remain the exclusive responsibility of Luisa Via Roma S.p.A.

- Right to withdraw consent previously granted (Art. 7 GDPR), without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and to receive all information relating to it;
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), in the cases provided for;
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), under certain conditions;
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
- Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR), for reasons connected to your particular situation.
Luisa Via Roma S.p.A. has appointed a DPO who can be contacted at the address [email protected].
Your right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU Member State in which you habitually reside or work, pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, remains unaffected.
