In line with our commitment to the security and privacy of our customers, MANGO would like to inform you that one of our external marketing services has experienced unauthorised access to certain customer personal data.
The information exposed is limited to personal contact information used in marketing campaigns: name only (your last name has not been compromised), country, postal code, e-mail address and phone number. We inform you that everything is continuing to operate as normal and that Mango's infrastructure and corporate systems have not been compromised.
Under no circumstances have your banking information, credit cards, ID/passport, or login credentials or passwords been compromised.
As soon as MANGO became aware of this situation, it immediately activated all security protocols. In accordance with current regulations and following our internal protocol, MANGO has informed the Data Protection Agency and the Authorities.
We are issuing this communication as a precaution and recommend that all our customers pay attention to any suspicious communications or requests for unusual actions, whether by e-mail or phone.
MANGO has made available the e-mail address of our Customer Service ([email protected]) and the telephone number (+34 93 860 24 24) for any further queries. We regret any inconvenience this specific incident may have caused you.
