Today, we pause

Hey,

This September 11th marks 25 years since that day. Most of us remember exactly where we were when we heard. What's harder to put into words is everything that came after, the men and women who ran toward the danger while everyone else ran away, and the families who carried the weight of that day long after the news cameras left.

We think about the first responders often, the ones who showed up that day and the ones who still show up every single day since. The firefighters, police officers, EMTs, dispatchers, and service members who choose, again and again, to put themselves between danger and the rest of us.

Twenty-five years is a long time. Long enough for a new generation to only know this day through stories. So today, we just want to pause and remember, and encourage you to do the same. Hug your family a little tighter. Thank a first responder if you see one. And take a moment of silence for the ones we lost.
