We have big news at MantisProperty with the announcement of two new specialist real estate websites that have partnered up with MantisProperty to offer FREE listings to all agents using MantisProperty (for a limited time)

We also have some handy new features we have added to our platinum and elite plans to help with managing your agency.

New Features

We are pleased to announce the following new features have been launched in MantisProperty:

• Agent specific groups
  In the past, when setting up groups for contacts, these groups were available to everyone in the agency.  We have now added the ability for agents to set up their own groups for their own use only.
  You can still set up groups for the entire agency but you can also now set up agent specific groups.
  When adding or editing a group, it gives you the option if the group is to be set up for a specific agent or is available to the entire agency
  
  
• New listing alerts
  You can now specify if you want your agents to be automatically informed whenever a new listing is launched. To do this, simply go into the staff and salespeople, edit the agent profile and then tick the box 'automatically notify of new listings by agency'. 
  When this is ticked, the agent will be automatically emailed with details of any new listings that have been launched by the agency if they match the listing types selected on their profile. For example, you can now let all sales agents know when new residential for sale listings have gone live and you can also let all commercial agents know when any new commercial listings have gone live.
  
  
• Document Storage
  We have launched a new feature in MantisProperty called 'document storage'. This lets you create folders and store documents, videos and any other files you want for the agency.
  The document storage feature also allows you to store documents accessible to the whole agency and allows agents to have their own private folders for storing their own documents.
  This feature is only available in the elite plan and there is no limit to the number of files you can store
