We wanted to let you know about a range of new updates and improvements now available in MantisProperty, along with an important reminder regarding the upcoming AML / Tranche 2 compliance requirements for real estate agents and business brokers in Australia.
New Social Media Marketing Module (Elite Plan)
We have now released Stage 1 of our brand new Social Media Marketing module for Elite plan users.
This new module allows you to:
- Create and schedule posts directly from MantisProperty
- Post to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Schedule posts to go out at the exact date and time you want
- Create general marketing and branding posts, not just listing announcements
This makes it much easier to manage your agency’s social media marketing directly inside MantisProperty without needing to jump between Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
This is only Stage 1 of the rollout.
Stage 2 is already in development and is expected within the coming weeks. This next stage will introduce:
- Video content support

Paid advertising campaign management
- Additional social media marketing enhancements
Other New Features & Improvements
Manual Listing Matching for Leads
You can now manually retry a listing match on a lead or assign a lead to a listing yourself.
This is especially useful when the listing was uploaded directly to the portal instead of through MantisProperty, and therefore cannot automatically be matched to a listing the enquiry belongs to.
You can now quickly assign the lead to the correct listing manually.
Routine Inspection Due Reminders
You can now enable routine inspection reminders (and set their frequency) under the Inspections tab within tenancies.
MantisProperty can now alert you when:

A routine inspection is due within the next 7 days
- A routine inspection is overdue
You can also display these alerts directly on your dashboard by pressing "Customise" on your dashboard and enabling the inspection reminder widgets.
Transfer Rental Listing Ledgers to Tenancies
You can now transfer a ledger from a rental listing directly to a tenancy.
When creating a tenancy ledger, MantisProperty will now:
- Check if there was a rental listing for the same property marked as tenanted within the last 30 days

Ask if you would like to transfer the ledger and any unpaid vendor expenses to the tenancy
This works for both residential rental tenancies and commercial lease tenancies
Rent Payable in Advance by Number of Days
You can now configure rent to be payable in advance by a specific number of days.
This can now be configured directly under the Rent tab of a tenancy.
User-by-User Menu Access Control
You can now disable individual menu items for specific users.
This allows you to hide sections of MantisProperty that certain staff members do not require access to, helping simplify the interface and improve user management.
AML / Tranche 2 Compliance Reminder
As many of you are aware, the upcoming AML / Tranche 2 compliance requirements will impact real estate agents and business brokers across Australia.

Our PEXA Clear integration supports:
- Residential property transactions
- Commercial property transactions
easyAML Integration
We are also currently building an integration with easyAML which will support:

This will ensure both real estate agencies and business brokers have suitable AML compliance solutions available directly inside MantisProperty.
