When I started Marc Nolan seven years ago, the goal was simple: make shoes that felt good, looked sharp, and didnβt require a luxury tax on your dignity. That part hasnβt changed. The collections have grown up a bitβlike we all haveβbut the mission remains the same.
As we head into 2026, weβre leaning further into whatβs quietly become a signature: the lug sole. Itβs that rare sweet spotβdressy but not fussy, casual without being careless, lightweight, durable, and ready for wherever the day (or night) takes you. Expect more versatile lug loafers for work, for weddings, for wandering, or just because. Weβve got you.
Thereβs more simmering on the stove: an expanded and much-improved apparel line, a new store experience, and a few things weβre not quite ready to talk about yet. But for now, justβthank you.
Thank you for supporting a small, nimble operation of twenty-five-ish people in an industry dominated by behemoths.
Thank you to everyone whoβs shown upβto events, collaborations, comment sectionsβand especially to those whoβve liked, shared, questioned, and called us out when weβve missed our own mark.
Thank you for supporting an immigrant who came to this country with a dream (and a stubborn belief that shoes matter π).
As Iβve gotten older, my desire hasnβt changed much: I want to feel comfortable and confident in my own skinβand in what I put on it. Shoes and clothes still help me do that. Hopefully, they help you too.
We hope you love the small dent weβre trying to make in the universe as much as we do.
See you in 2026.
