Hi ,

Capgemini's new World Wealth Report 2026 put a number on something we hear constantly: global high-net-worth individual wealth just hit a record $98.3 trillion at the end of 2025, growing 8.7% from the year before, the strongest year in five. But the more telling figure is where that money is trying to go.

According to the report, 88% of high-net-worth investors now work with multiple firms largely for one main reason, to get better access to alternative investments. Access to alternatives ranked as their #1 priority, ahead of everything else, and 47% said they specifically want fractional ownership of real assets. The catch, in Capgemini's words, is that the best opportunities stay "restricted to higher wealth bands."

Capgemini doesn't reference it specifically but blue-chip art is one of those gated assets: historically low correlation to equities, and historically out of reach below eight figures. Fractional shares are how that changes, and the timing tracks, with the global art market rebounding to $59.6 billion last year, per Art Basel & UBS Art Market Report 2026.

These blue-chip offerings are open right now:

Jean-Michel Basquiat, Made in Japan II, $9.4mm offering.* Artist previously collected by David Bowie and George Lucas.

Kerry James Marshall, Small Pin-Up (Lens Flare) - $4.2mm offering. One of the more sought-after living American artists, collected by the Obamas, Jay-Z, and Jeff Bezos.

Cecily Brown, Mean Eyed Cat - $1.54mm offering.* Artist held by MoMA, the Met, and Tate Modern.

The wealthy are reorganizing whole banking relationships to access alternative assets like these. The faster path is an Advisory call, so, if approved, you're ready to act.
