Steven is the host of the Netflix Original Series MeatEater and The MeatEater Podcast. He’s written six books, including “The MeatEater Fish and Game Cookbook” and “American Buffalo.”

JANIS PUTELIS

Janis is the director and executive producer of the Netflix Original Series MeatEater and co-host of The MeatEater Podcast. He spent over a decade guiding hunters and anglers in the Rocky Mountains.

RYAN CALLAGHAN

Cal is the director of conservation at MeatEater and host of Cal’s Week in Review Podcast. He’s also a national board member for the conservation organization Backcountry Hunters and Anglers.

DANIELLE PREWETT

Danielle is a wild foods contributing editor at MeatEater and founder of Wild + Whole. She lives off the land through hunting, fishing, foraging, and gardening, leaning on her roots as a Texan for amazing recipes.

MARK KENYON

Mark is the host of the Wired to Hunt Podcast and Back 40 video series and author of “That Wild Country.” As our resident whitetailer, he writes a weekly article dedicated to North America’s most popular game animal.

JOE CERMELE

Joe is the senior fishing editor at MeatEater, co-host of the Bent podcast, and author of several books. If it swims, he wants to catch it—then write about it, podcast about it, and film it for our website.
