In 2016, Miche Beauty launched with the goal to provide exceptional handmade products at a competitive price. We have grown a lot since we first launched and we believe we have stayed true to our goal. We have learned many hard business lessons along the way. One of the biggest lessons we have learned is that we must price our products competitively with premium handmade brands and sustainable profit margins. COVID-19 has made this more clear than ever. As you know, these are unprecedented times that have put tremendous financial, social, and mental pressure on all of us. With that being said, we must increase the price of our products.
At Miche Beauty, we are genuine hard-working people who believe in transparency. Since we launched we have had continual cost increases to our bottles/jars, labels, raw ingredients, product development and the list goes on and on. Additionally, as a handmade company, we don’t order ingredients and materials in mass quantities because we want the ingredients that go into our products to be as fresh as possible. Our products are made to order and they don’t sit on our shelves for months. That’s the Miche business model and we believe that our customers recognize and appreciate the difference our model makes in the quality of our products.
You have come to trust Miche Beauty to provide the highest product quality and customer service. These price increases will allow us to continue to provide you with products and services that you have come to expect! We know that we aren’t the only ones experiencing tough times and we want you to know that we are doing what we can for you. We aren’t going to just increase our prices without giving our you additional value.
To better serve you, here are the changes that you can expect to see:
1. Larger Size Options: We have heard your requests for quite some time now and starting in mid-June, we will be offering 8 oz & 16 oz sizes of Indulge & Strengthen Deep conditions & our Lavish Leave-in Conditioner. Strengthen will continue to be sold in 12 oz until our stock is depleted. Lavish is now only available in 8 oz until the 16 oz is introduced in mid-June.
2. Faster Processing Times: Starting June 1st, we are decreasing our order processing times from 5-7 business days to 2-3 business days (this will not apply to sales or promotions and does not include time in transit).
3. Free Shipping: Effective Immediately, we will now offer free shipping on all orders over $75 (US Non-Wholesale Domestic Only).
4. Subscription Discounts: Starting June 1st, we will offer a subscription option where you can automatically receive products and save.
5.Bundles: Starting June 1st, we are launching multiple product bundles/kits that will offer additional savings compared to purchasing single products.
6. Flexible Payment Option: Currently, we offer QuadPay as a flexible payment option. With QuadPay we ship your order to you and you pay in 4 installments over 6 weeks.
7. Promotions: Beauties who are subscribed to our email list & text alerts will be notified of specials and promotions first.
8. Samples Sets: All of our current products will be available for sale in our sample boxes (except for limited edition products). This allows you the chance to try before committing to full sizes.
