Hi there,

As we wrap up the week, it’s a great time to check in with yourself and reflect. Your mental well-being matters just as much as everything else.

It’s easy to forget amidst the busyness, but you deserve time to pause, breathe, and reset.

Here are a few simple ways to prioritise your mental health this weekend:

  1. Pause and Breathe: Take a few minutes to breathe deeply and clear your mind. Find a quiet spot, close your eyes, and inhale slowly for a count of 4, hold for 4, and exhale for 4. Repeat this for a minute or two to centre yourself.

  2. Practice Gratitude: Journaling about what you’re thankful for can help shift your focus to the positive. Write down three things you're grateful for this week, whether it’s a supportive friend, a small win at work, or even a quiet moment to yourself.

  3. Set Boundaries: Saying no is a form of self-care. Protect your energy so you can give yourself fully to what matters most. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, kindly decline an invitation or task and permit yourself to rest.

  4. Be Kind to Yourself: Growth isn’t linear, and it’s okay to have imperfect moments. Instead of criticising yourself for not checking everything off your list, acknowledge the effort you put in and the lessons you’ve learned.
