How do we end doom scrolling?
It turns out there's another way to scroll. People have started calling it bloom scrolling.
Same habit. Same idle minutes.
Except instead of draining you, the feed you choose, feeds your brain. You scroll on purpose, through things that teach you something, and you put the phone down a little sharper than you picked it up.
