Dear ,
Most people are manifesting backwards.
They want harder. They visualize more intensely. They make vision boards, repeat affirmations, and then quietly wonder why the things they desire seem to drift further away the more they chase them.
I've been teaching consciousness and personal growth for over two decades.
And the single biggest mistake I see — the one that keeps brilliant, motivated people stuck — is this: they confuse manifesting with wanting.
They're not the same thing.
In fact, they're opposites.
Here's the truth: the universe doesn't give you what you want. The universe is busy. It doesn't care about your wish list. What it does — with extraordinary precision — is reflect back to you who you are.
This week I sat down with Chiara King for a conversation that went deep fast.
Chiara asked me a simple question: can you really manifest anything in under 24 hours?
My answer surprised her.
Yes — but not by wanting more. By wanting less.
I walked her through a framework from one of the most unusual books in the manifesting world:
Reality Transurfing by Vadim Zeland, a Russian nuclear physicist who became a recluse after arriving at a startling conclusion. We don't live in a single fixed reality. We exist within an infinite field of parallel universes, and the version of you who already has the relationship, the body, the freedom, the life, that version exists right now, in a parallel reality.
The question is simply: how do you slide into it?
Zeland's answer — and mine — is counterintuitive.
He calls it the "I Don't Give a Damn" method.
Not indifference. Not giving up. It's radical self-sufficiency.
It's the energy of someone whose life is so full, so alive, so genuinely good right now that the thing they desire is welcome — but not needed.
When you shift from wanting (which broadcasts lack) to becoming (which broadcasts identity), reality reorganizes itself around you.
Rumi said it 800 years ago: "What I seek seeks me too."
That line isn't poetry. It's physics.
