What 1,500 people watched Paul McKenna do on stage

This photo was taken about ten minutes after Paul McKenna and I walked off stage at Mindvalley U.

1,500 people in the room. And Paul did what I've watched him do for two decades now: he brought people up, live, no preparation, no screening, and demonstrated hypnotherapy on them in front of everyone.

People who walked up carrying something heavy walked back to their seats lighter. You could see it in how they moved.

I've been around transformation my whole adult life. I still don't fully understand how he does it. But I've stopped needing to, because I've felt it.

Paul is one of my dearest friends, and his techniques have helped me and countless people I've put in front of him in ways that made me a believer long before we ever worked together.

One sentence in his head rewired, and he got 15 years of a life he almost didn't have.
