To Our Valued Social Marketers and Customers,
We regret to inform you that, effective immediately, Modere has officially closed its doors and ceased all business operations. This includes the immediate discontinuation of product sales, enrollment of Social Marketers, and all related business activities. Modere is not transitioning to a direct-to-consumer model; we are permanently ceasing all operations.
This decision was sudden, unexpected, and beyond our control. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our management’s influence, there was no opportunity to secure alternative funding, pursue restructuring, or provide advance notice.
Please be advised of the following important points:
• Corporate Operations: All corporate employees, including Elite Services, will no longer have access to company emails, corporate communications, or official social media channels, including Facebook chats, effective today at 5:00 PM.
• Payments & Commissions: All company funds have been frozen. Therefore, we are unable to process any pending or future commission payments, product credits, bonuses, incentive trip reimbursements, or any other form of compensation or shares.
• Recent Orders: Orders placed within the past few hours will not be fulfilled. Customers who placed orders will not be charged unless their order has already been shipped.
• Access to Databases and Technology Platforms: Access to your databases, back office, and all Modere technology platforms will terminate permanently today at 5:00 PM. We strongly encourage you to export any essential data or information immediately if possible.
We deeply regret the suddenness and impact of this announcement. Our team is sincerely grateful for your dedication, support, and contributions during our time together. We recognize the challenges this decision may create and genuinely apologize for the inconvenience and distress this causes.
