Holiday refund and exchange policy: Any full priced product purchased in store or online from November 18th, 2024, through December 23rd, 2024 can be refunded or exchanged in store or through our online portal until January 6th, 2025. Refunds requested on full price merchandise will be credited to the original payment method. Any items sold at a discount (excluding gift cards) from November 18th through December 23rd, 2024, in a full
price location or online will be offered through a Moose Knuckles gift card. No returns or exchanges in stores on November 29 & December 26th, 2024. Online orders must be postmarked by January 6th, 2025. Returns will not be accepted after this postmark date. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in outlet stores.
