Amid an intensely competitive and uncertain macro landscape, Kimberly is taking bold actions to position itself for long-term growth. This includes the pending spinoff of its international tissue business into a joint venture and its intended acquisition of Kenvue. While these moves should pivot the portfolio more toward faster-growing and higher-margin personal care, significant integration and litigation (around talc and Tylenol) risks lie ahead.
