We live in chaotic times. The Middle East, Sudan, Ukraine and many other parts of the world remain locked in horrific, relentless wars. On top of that, natural disasters, disease outbreaks including Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda, and vast displacement have all contributed to a greater demand for emergency humanitarian aid. 

But no matter how long a crisis continues, Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is committed to continuing to provide medical and humanitarian assistance in some of the world's most challenging circumstances, but we can only do that with your help.

As a medical humanitarian organisation, we know seconds matter when lives are on the line.
