Is this your brand on Milled? Claim it.
Hey there,
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. I nearly didn’t write anything at all. A lot gets said this month, and much of it starts to sound the same.
But I had a thought. And if you’d be willing to hear it, pull up a chair.
One thing that has always bothered me about this industry is how so many brands see you as a problem in need of a solution. Almost like you’re algebra.
You feel X, take Y, get Z.
That’s never been nama.
nama was never meant to supplement a life. It was meant to complement a lived one. There’s a big difference.
If you’re struggling with your mental health, the answer isn’t a gummy. It’s a conversation with someone you trust. It’s booking that appointment you’ve been putting off. It’s a walk with the sun on your face.
If nama helps along the way — genuinely, I’m glad. But our job is to help, not replace.
Because even if your head feels clearer, connection still matters most.
Always start with someone who loves you. Then, if a product helps — nama has you.
Take care of yourself.
Chris
