Before adding any supplements, we always recommend establishing these environmental habits first:
Take a warm shower 1–2 hours before bed: Warm water draws blood flow to your skin's surface. When you step out, your body rapidly sheds heat, helping trigger the temperature drop needed for sleep.
Cool your sleeping space: Keep blinds drawn during the day to block heat. At night, use a fan to circulate air, or consider moving to a cooler room or lower floor if your bedroom traps heat.
Keep a consistent sleep window: Go to bed and wake up around the same time to keep your internal clock anchored despite long sunlit hours.
