This August, in honor of National Wellness Month, we’re sharing a well-being practice that has become meaningful to our team at Naturopathica.
Each month, our team participates in a guided meditation led by Cassie, our Spa Director. It gives us a quiet moment together to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and approach the month ahead with greater intention.
