The workout type you select directly influences how your sweat data is interpreted. Each activity carries different physiological demands, and selecting the activity that matches your training ensures your hydration insights are contextualized accurately.
The full list of available workout types now includes: Bootcamp, Boxing, Brick Workout, Circuit Training, CrossFit, Cycling, HIIT, Hiking, HYROX, Pilates, Rock Climbing, Rowing, Running, Spin, Weightlifting, and Yoga.
