Dusty. That was the word of the week in Loudenvielle.

Round 2 of the 2026 World Cup series brought the Norco adidas Race Division to the French Pyrenees, where a heat wave turned an already demanding track into one of the toughest tests of the season. After a week of preparation in Andorra, the team arrived ready to take on the challenge.

The speed showed early where we watched as Bodhi Kuhn topped timed training; in the qualification round Bodhi, Gracey Hemstreet, and Lina Frener all advanced comfortably through Q1 and into finals.

Gracey Hemstreet – Elite Women

Result: 2nd Place

Gracey looked strong from the start and was carrying great speed through the upper sections of the track. A massive hole midway down nearly ended her run, costing valuable momentum, but she fought through to secure another her first podium finish of 2026.

Lina Frener – Junior Women

Result: 2nd Place

After qualifying fourth, Lina put together a composed and aggressive run to take over the hot seat. She held the lead until the final rider crossed the line, ultimately finishing just 0.017 seconds from victory.

Bodhi Kuhn – Elite Men

Making his first finals appearance of 2026, Bodhi showed impressive pace all weekend. Unfortunately, an unseen hole hidden in the dust caused an early crash, ending what looked to be a promising run.
