Official safety recall notice

Dear Norco Rider,

At Norco, rider safety is always our highest priority. We are issuing a voluntary safety recall for all models and sizes of the Gen 3 Model Year 2027 Norco Fluid.

While no accidents or injuries have been reported, we are taking this proactive step because the seat tube could fail under certain riding conditions.

Immediate action required:

Please stop riding your bicycle immediately.

Affected bicycles:

This recall applies to all sizes of the following models:

Model Year 2027 Fluid A1 (Gen 3) — Blue

Model Year 2027 Fluid A2 (Gen 3) — Silver

Model Year 2027 Fluid A3 (Gen 3) — Green

Model Year 2027 Fluid A3 (Gen 3) — Black
