This one-of-a-kind bread helped me through my keto journey.
You know, when I went 100% Keto, I didn’t think it’d be a cakewalk, but trying to stay in ketosis was nightmare for me.
They’d say the cravings for carbs would subside, but for me they didn’t. Not at all.
Realizing I couldn’t survive without at least some kind of bread in my life, a few months ago I started experimenting. Just so I could stay in ketosis and not go crazy.
It wasn’t easy. My first few attempts were pathetic. Actually, they sucked.
They either instantly fell apart, or they tasted horrid.
But then I did something that was a bit counter-intuitive. It was an ingredient I didn’t even know existed.
