Shipping Days
We generally fulfill your order within 24 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). We offer free shipping within the U.S. with a timeframe of 4-5 business days after the order has been placed. The fulfilment team chooses the carrier, it changes from time to time depending on the traffic volume.
International Shipping
Yes, we do ship outside the US. Upon checking out, you'll see two options for international shipping: International Economy (Duties & Taxes Due on Arrival) and International Express (Duties & Taxes Prepaid), shipping and taxes vary on location. Shipping to Canada takes 10-15 business days. We only sell in US dollars. The price conversion in Canadian Dollars will automatically reflect in your card depending on the exchange rate on the day you placed the order. We also do not send in PO boxes outside the US.
Can I return? Exchange? Refund? What is the return policy?
Yes. We have a 60-day risk-free policy for returns and refunds. We extended the warranty from 30 to 60 days so that our clients will have more time with the therapy. Results can already show in less than a week for up to a month. When will I get my refund? We will validate the return within a week at the reception, and we will then proceed to the full refund. Please make sure they are correctly packaged, with no writings outside the case like when you received them so that our fulfillment team can validate your return.
Is it safe to use it in the eyes?
We mentioned on our manual that our device shouldn't be used around the eyes area as it is regulatory for all Light Therapy equipment to have this mention concerning the eyes. FDA didn't take into consideration yet the last studies of the effect of Red and Infrared wavelengths. While many studies validate that these light frequencies have strong benefits on eyes and are safe while used in a controlled way (5 min/day), they prefer to stay on the safe side and this concerns all the light therapies equipment.
Red light therapy for pain
