Celebrate National Farmer's Day with Oishii

From fruit to tray, we're taking today to celebrate the most important part of our team, our farmers. From pruning our plants to monitoring consistent H2O levels, they're integral to making sure our berries are always ripe, juicy, and delicious.

The Perfect Berry

Our farmers painstakingly make sure that every berry is consistent and full of flavor. This is an incredibly important job, and each farmer is highly trained to monitor berries based on their size, ripeness, and sweetness level. If a berry becomes slightly bruised during harvest, our farmers make sure that it gets frozen for one of our delicious partnerships.

Pruned Like Fine Wine

In wine production, leaves of the fruit are picked and pruned, only yielding the most nutrient-dense, sweetest grapes for fermenting. Our farmers take a similar approach with the Omakase Berry, making sure that every berry receives the maximum amount of flavor and necessary vitamins. Without them, there's no way our berries would be as incredible as they are, treating every Omakase Berry like a crown jewel worthy of the utmost respect.
