Roasted Asparagus with 🍋 Lemon Tahini Sauce

I love using seasonal veggies, and nothing makes me happier than when I can get my hands on some asparagus spears.  

Many people don’t like what asparagus does to their pee*, but they are a delicious addition to any springtime meal, and they are packed full of nutrients and antioxidants!

*Trivia: Did you know that the asparagusic acid in asparagus is what creates the strange smell? It creates a sulfurous byproduct that can be detected for up to 14 hours! 😳
