It’s officially summer in NYC, but it feels more like a post Knicks cooling off, perfect time to get that summer travel gear in order. The Futurecruisers are built to provide a loose and layered freedom. An elastic waist combined with a shank button front and belt loops provides a versatile comfort. The front pockets are roomy and floating, built for hands, not wallets, but with a big fifth pocket for things you want to keep more secure. The cut is roomy with articulated knees. The 3bar + shockcord adjustable leg opening allows them to work with a wide range of shoes and shoe/pant interface tastes. The lightweight and strong Futurecloth is our workhorse fabric, rugged and quick dying it can take on the world and emerge looking fresh and clean. Available now in Black, Arabica and Smoketaupe.

The Air/jex fabric is superlight, exceptionally open and practically wrinkle proof. You can smuggle it like a diamond and it will emerge without a crease. In breezy conditions it feels like practically nothing at all while in static conditions it’s warm enough to cut that AC chill. The UPF is only 5 so it doesn’t provide all day sun protection, but UPF 5 still allows you to stay in the sun for five times longer before you burn. This year we’ve been coloring it up with two different processes, roll dyeing which creates solid colors and dye sublimation printing which creates prints and patterns but also ratchets up the cost. The Air/jex Offshoulder is a big loose cut button up with a major collar. The Air/jex Camp Collar is a short sleeve button up with those vacation vibes. We’re also expecting a second, more oversized short sleeve, the Air/jex Yoked later this summer and of course have already dropped the aggressively splayed Air/jex Openseas. No matter what shape you pick, this is super light and super easy to care for, and an amazing option to pull out the bottom of your bag.
