The Nycogaze might not be the absolute lightest cotton jersey out there, but it may well be the lightest you actually want to wear. For one it’s not pure cotton, it’s 30% corespun nylon, meaning there is durable nylon filament on the center of each yarn, which are each wrapped in 70% cotton, a perfect synthesis of synthetic strength and naturally grown character. Not only does the nylon make the cotton stronger, it also stiffens the yarns, allowing us to create a more open and gauze-like jersey fabric. At 80gsm it’s incredibly light and airy, even the slightest breezes will coast refreshingly across your skin. It also packs incredibly small, you can fit two or three Nycogazes in the bag space of one regular weight tee. Packs like nothing, feels like nothing, but somehow this is everything the summer needs.

One thing that’s worth pointing out is that in lighter colors it can get quite transparent, the Whiteguaze will most definitely show your tattoos. For some that’s a plus, others a negative, choose wisely. Also worth pointing out that we changed the sizing on the Nycogaze Cut Two T-shirt a bit, the 2026 version fits a bit wider and shorter than the 2025 ones. The Nycogaze Longsleeves and Nycogaze Muscle Tanks are new but straightforward, what you see in the pics is what you get. The Cut Two and Longsleeves are available in Blackguaze, Whitegauze, Shadowguaze and Mauveguaze. The Muscle Tanks are in Blackguaze and Whiteguaze only, but you can’t go wrong with any of them, just choose how bold you want to go.
