Three levels of benefits

My Pandora has three levels, Pink, Silver and Gold. You'll start as a Pink member—level up to Silver to start paying with points and access even more benefits.

What will happen to my data and Pandora Club account?

• If you join My Pandora with the same email address, then you will keep your wish list, jewelry sizes, order history, and other details. Your data will be automatically imported into the new program.
• If you do not join My Pandora, then 12 months from now, your Pandora Club account will be cancelled and some associated data will be deleted.

Will I need to do anything?

• If you want to join the new program, follow the instructions and log into your account like normal. You'll be guided through the process to transition to the new rewards program and keep your data.
  • If you have not accessed your Club account since June 2022, then you may need to reset your password before joining the new program.
• If you do not want to join the new program, then you don't need to do anything.
