Eleni et Edouard Vocoret have planted their names on a shortlist of the best producers in Chablis. They launched their domaine with help from their mentor, the legendary Vincent Dauvissat, and the hype has only grown since. They’ve now taken another major step up, by expanding their range into the most sought-after Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the region. The first-ever vintage of those wines is on offer below, as is the 2024 release of the flagship ‘Bas de Chapelot’.
From a vineyard that sits just below Montée de Tonnerre, this is a bright, salty, textured Chablis that’s an ideal option for an elevated summer white.
Les Pargues yields a fresh, smoky Chablis that’s leaner and crisper than the Chapelot.
In 2023, Eleni and Edouard took over a range of Premier and Grand Cru plots from Edouard’s family. This is the inaugural release of these wines.
