🦇 📝 Design Story: Halloween Collection
Our Halloween Specialty Instant Coffees were first introduced in 2023, quickly becoming a collection of spooky favorites for the fall season. Built on the playful inspirations from seasonal vintage cereal box mascots, this collection of characters has been a bestseller among customers and the Partners team alike.
Check out the specs for each coffee below and click the link to read the full story!
Boo Brew: features Colombia - El Ramo, a sweet and nuanced coffee that displays the impeccable flavor of Colombian coffee. The tasting notes of peach, fresh cream, and vanilla are perfectly preserved, allowing one to brew a sweet and approachable single origin coffee in mere moments.
Count Coffula: features an approachable and delicious daily brew, Brooklyn, that is equally tasty on its own or dressed up with milk and sugar. Tasting notes of milk chocolate, sweet toffee, and rich dried fruits shine through in this classic brew.
Franken Coffee: features our most developed, deepest roast, Manhattan. This coffee is full-bodied and rich, with notes of dark chocolate, marzipan, and the syrupy sweetness of molasses. Roasted to emphasize bold flavors of bittersweet chocolate and deeply caramelized sugars while maintaining a heavy, satisfying body.

🎃 🍂 Fall Recipe: Pumpkin Cold Foam
We're keeping cozy with our favorite seasonal coffee recipes. This week we're featuring Pumpkin Cold Foam, a make-ahead cold foam that is the perfect autumnal addition to lattes and cold brew. It offers a delicious depth of seasonal flavor with the ideal hint of sweetness to let your favorite coffee shine.
Pumpkin Cold Foam
Ingredients
200g Pumpkin Puree (~half a can)
35g Sweetened Condensed Milk
200g Heavy Whipping Cream/Dairy-Free Substitute
50g Granulated White Sugar
15g Vanilla Extract
Directions
Add all ingredients to a small blender or medium-size bowl.
Combine all ingredients to a soft whip with blender, immersion blender, or whisk. Everything should be well combined with a soft texture, just before stiff peaks form.
Use 4oz of the prepared cold foam as a topping for your favorite cold brew or latte.
Store in refrigerator for up to four days, re-whipping as needed.

😱 📺 Podcast Recommendation: Too Scary; Didn't Watch
I don’t know about you, but I strongly prefer the fall season to summer. This is around the time of year when summer feels endless, and it's still nowhere near its end. I choose to mentally bring the fall vibes forward by listening, watching, and reading any and all things spooky. Recently, I've accomplished this by listening to the podcast, Too Scary; Didn’t Watch.
The best way to describe listening to this podcast is watching your favorite horror movie with a dear friend as they experience it for the first time. Too Scary; Didn’t Watch is a horror movie recap podcast for those who want to know the story, but are too scared to watch the movie themselves. While I am a big fan of the horror genre, listening to the hosts' banter and commentary on films is a treat as they cover classics from the 80s to the groundbreaking modern horror films of today.
