We’ve been looking forward to sharing something we’ve been working very hard on at Partners. We are pleased to say we now offer Bedford as a USDA-certified organic coffee. Certification is a long and laborious process, and we're thrilled to share that we were able to work with the same amazing partners to debut this coffee as an organic offering.
As you may know, Bedford is the flagship espresso of our first Brooklyn cafe. It consists of coffees from some of our longest-running farm relationships: Suke Quto in Guji, Ethiopia, and the extended Pillimué Family of Cauca, Colombia, each showing an incredible commitment to responsible farming practices.
These components merge together to create a delicious and complex coffee. Look for ripe stone fruit, citrus brightness, and a beautifully syrupy body. Bedford is amazing on its own or paired with milk.
