If one ingredient tells the story of the Amalfi Coast, it's the Amalfi lemon. 🍋

They're unlike ordinary lemons - larger, naturally sweeter, and less bitter thanks to the Mediterranean climate. They're so iconic, in fact, that's exactly why our Head Chef, Roberta, built our entire summer menu around them.
 

From our handmade Lemon & Burrata Limoncini - made fresh each day and Tagliatelle al Limone, to a Lemon Sorbetto served inside a real lemon, finished with a Frozen Limoncello Spritz. 🍹

Each Amalfi lemon is hand-picked from cliffside terraces overlooking the sea, with a wonderfully fragrant peel and naturally sweet juice.
