Temporary Tariff-Related Surcharge
To continue providing you with the high-quality products and services you rely on, PCS will be introducing a temporary 8% tariff surcharge on all orders, effective April 15. This adjustment will help us manage the rising costs of raw materials and ensure our products remain available to you.
Why is this Surcharge Necessary?
This decision comes as a result of significant increases in raw material costs. At PCS, we are deeply committed to keeping this surcharge as minimal as possible while maintaining the exceptional quality and reliability you expect from us. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to absorb the majority of these costs, passing on only a small portion to you.
We were already preparing to update our 2025 pricing, effective May 15, 2025—the first update in over three years. However, we intend to keep this temporary surcharge separate from our future pricing structure, which we plan to finalize and publish by April 15. This approach gives us the flexibility to respond quickly to changing international trade costs.
We understand that price changes can be challenging, and we are truly grateful for your ongoing support and loyalty. Our focus remains on providing you with the best value and service, and we are optimistic that this surcharge will only be a short-term measure.
