I’ll be coming in live from backstage at a rally in Little Rock where I will be campaigning for Chris Jones – and I’ve asked him to join the call in person, as my special guest.
Chris is a scientist, deeply rooted in his community, and someone who knows how to build coalitions in places people have written off. The assumption that some places are just out of reach doesn't hold up when you put the right person in the race. Chris is that kind of candidate, and this year we have a real chance to prove it.
I’m also looking forward to bringing our recurring donors together for a thank you. Recurring contributions of all sizes play a large role in how I am able to travel on behalf of candidates like Chris and bring together people in communities that might not always get the most attention.
Having a strong, consistent base of supporters who give monthly help us budget and better plan out exactly what we can do between now and November. That’s especially important as we map out my travel, deciding just how many candidates I can support and where.
