How do I use my PT Perq points?
  • Redeeming points is as simple as using a slider bar. Once you get into your shopping cart, if you have enough points for a reward you’ll see a box at the bottom of your screen. Just slide the green bar until you’re redeeming the amount you want (in $5 increments – up to $50). Click the ‘apply’ button and your rewards are applied, it’s as simple as that!

What if I have points but don't see them in my cart?
  • All your actual coupon codes for all of your redeemed rewards will stay in the rewards history section in your PT Perqs Dashboard, so you can always find them again. Just hit up your Perqs dashboard and you’ll see a list of coupon codes that correspond with each reward you’ve earned. Type in that code at checkout the way you would with any coupon code and you’re good to go!

My friend used my Refer-A-Friend coupon code but I never received an email with my coupon code. 
  • This is a great question! To make sure you and your friend get the coupon codes your friend needs to be a new customer, and when they are checking out they need to be logged into their new account. This ensures you will get the referral Perq!

Where is my order?
  • Most of our orders are shipped within 24 business hours. Domestic orders are delivered in 3-5 business days and International orders can take 7-21 business days. We are seeing delays with USPS and FedEx due to COVID-19, but we assure you they are working very hard to get your orders delivered as quickly as possible. 

Can I cancel my order?
  • We understand life happens and that finances can change at a moments notice. Our fulfillment team works very hard to get your order sent out as quickly as possible, so cancelling orders is not always an option. Should you need to cancel an order last minute, when you received it simply write Return to Sender or Refused on the unopened package and your carrier will happily return the order back to us for a full refund. If you have any questions you can certainly contact us.
