The Home Bakery Virtuoso Plus bread maker has beefed-up pulleys and belt—the heaviest-duty drive system ever on a Zojirushi bread machine, for a long, trouble-free life. Unlike most bread machines, the Zo has plenty of power and durability for whole grain dough. Of course, it's equally at home with white flour, or any blend you can imagine. Twin paddles provide superior kneading action so you get well-raised breads with great texture and the lid is highly domed to keep your bread from sticking to the lid if your recipe rises a little high, and has crust-control adjustability. Pan inside dimensions are 5"W x 8.75L x 4.75"D. The pan lining on the BB-PPC is ceramic nonstick which is BPA-free and PFSA-free (which means it's PFOA-free and PTFE-free).

Capacity
The NS-TPC10 has a capacity of 1 to 5.5 cups (pre-cooked volume) and the NS-TPC18 has a capacity of 1 to 10 cups (pre-cooked volume). The capacity of each Zojirushi rice cooker is measured in the approx. 6.1 fl. oz. / 180mL rice measuring cup, using raw short grain white rice. Rice will double or triple in volume as it cooks.
